PROMOTIONAL TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

Certain restrictions apply. Expires 1 year from issue date. Full compliance with the terms outlined below is required.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This certificate entitles the holder to receive 2 round-trip airline tickets to select destinations within the Continental U.S. from major international airports in the Continental U.S.
  2. Government-imposed taxes, agency-imposed fees, fuel surcharges, and any other charges are the responsibility of the traveler.
  3. Travel must be completed within 1 year of the issue date of this certificate.
  4. This certificate is valid for travel on select major airlines. Specific carriers are at the discretion of the fulfillment company.
  5. Blackout dates, peak travel periods, and other restrictions apply.
  6. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.
  7. A refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to guarantee travel.
  8. Travel is subject to availability.
  9. This certificate is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  10. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
  11. The original certificate must be submitted to the fulfillment company to redeem the offer.
  12. All travelers must be 21 years of age or older, or traveling with an adult guardian.
  13. The fulfillment company is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond their control.
  14. The certificate holder is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, including identification and visas, if applicable.
  15. Changes to confirmed reservations may incur additional fees.
  16. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions

  • This certificate has a retail value of up to $1,500 USD, depending upon the time of year and number of travelers. It may only be redeemed by the indicated holder and it is non-transferable.
  • This vacation certificate is valid for all-inclusive accommodations for 5 days & 4 nights for 2 people (2 adults) and 2 children ages 12 and under, at Sunset Marina or Sunset Royal.
  • Any additional person over the age of 12 on the date of check-in may cause an additional cost. The certificate holder will be informed of the fees when additional person is requested. Transportation, gratuities and incidentals are not included.
  • This certificate is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and may not be extended.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Please activate your certificate via email: membercert@sunset.com.mx or by calling: 1-800-760-5223.
  • The reservation fee due at time of booking is $271 USD.
  • An Environmental Sanitation Tax of $73.00 Mexican Pesos per room (approx. 4 USD) per night will be collected in its entirety at reception upon check out. Resort fee: Additional charge of $10 USD per room, per night (paid in MXN subject to daily exchange rate). Not included in room cost.
  • Once confirmed, all reservations are final. No-show for a confirmed reservation will forfeit all fees paid to Sunset World, its affiliates, associates, or partners.
  • By activating and using this certificate, you agree to attend a VIP breakfast and guided tour (approx. 90 – 120 minutes) at Hacienda Tres Rios to familiarize yourself with the amenities available to you during your vacation and options for participation in one of our vacation ownership plans. Should you fail to attend the tour, some penalties may apply. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. All we ask is that you keep an open mind and have fun.
  • This certificate is not valid for the following weeks: Holy Week, Easter Week, Christmas and New Year.
  • This certificate is not intended for group travel. Group travel is considered to be two or more families, friends or vacation certificate holders traveling to the same resort during the same vacation period.
  • Any changes made to this certificate are invalid. Sunset World does not recognize vouchers altered with respect, insertions, modifications, or additions to the certificate.
  • Married and cohabiting couples must travel with their spouses or significant others.
  • This certificate cannot be used with other Sunset World offers or promotions.
